Here I go AGAIN! I sound like a broken record when it comes to my exercise and health goals and it may only get worse. Why? Well, I never give up on improving myself. With that said here I am on day 5 of a new workout routine and health regime. I find myself constantly changing things up. What worked in my 20s just doesn't cut it now and I'll do whatever it takes.
I'll be honest. I feel amazing. So full of energy. Crazy how a few modifications can switch things up. I've been cutting out processed foods and adding veggies to most of my meals. For the first time on Sunday I was able to see a difference in how my clothes fit. I'm excited...things are looking up!
